Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melih Ateş   

He was born in Trabzon in 1983. He graduated from Trabzon Kanuni Anatolian High School in 2001. He started his undergraduate education at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2001 and completed it in 2006. In 2007, he completed his doctorate in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, which he started in the scope of the joint doctorate program of Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Dentistry / Atatürk University, in 2013. In 2013, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Faculty of Dentistry of Rize Recep Tayyip Erdogan University. In 2019, he received the title of Associate Professor in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry. He served as the Deputy Dean, Member of the Senate, Head of the Department at different times at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, and served on many commissions. He has many scientific articles and presentations published in Turkey and abroad. He worked as an executive and researcher in Tübitak and national projects. His work on implants has been patented. As of June 2022, he has been working at the Private DEKODENT Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, of which he is the founding partner. He is a member of the Turkish Dentists Association and the Turkish Prosthodontics and Implantology Association.
